Polar Bear Recap – DoGoods

Today was great polar bear weather.. as in cold cold cold ! Some of us saw single digits on the way in .. however, on arrival to DoGoods at 11 I think it had just hit the teens as in 13 degrees .. As you will see in the pictures Kerry and Kenny are saying come on out and check out a polar bear ride! Well, we took over the bar with 20 folks signing in and 17 staying to enjoy some food and drink .. looks like the chili was a hit but it all looked good . heading out it was about 17 degrees.
For those counting, we are down to 7 with perfect attendance!

Polar Bear Recap – The Weiks

Happy New Year !
It was a wet ride at 50 degrees this morning and likely our worst weather day this year … However I was told by a whole lot of Hawaiians that getting rained on is a blessing .. so today I’m siding with my Hawaiian friends. We had 21 folks agree and come to The Weiks for coffee and snacks ..
 A huge Thank You from Kerry and me for opening up your home again for us today. 
 Today also marks the midpoint of the Polar Bear Season so it’s all downhill from here 
  We are still at 8 with perfect attendance

Polar bear recap bowers hotel

Sunday, December 19th, 2021
was a little chilly and wet coming in from north .. 37 on the way in .. we had 15 riders today despite the impending weather ..it was just overcast at the hotel .. now you may think this was mostly the perfect attendance crowd who seem to brave all the elements however it was pretty evenly split .. great food, cold and hot beverages awaited all who stayed to eat ! now the ride back was high 30’s low 40’s and dry .. till further north …
and for those who are counting its now 8 with perfect attendance 
.. today was a wrap for the 2021 rides our next ride is on News Years Day 
till then

Polar Bear Recap – Snitz Creek Brewery

Monday, December 13th, 2021
A nice brisk morning for a ride .. outside of being mid to high 30’s on the way in .. there was plenty of sunshine for our first “breakfast run” … we had 22 members and 2 guests come out today.. by my count all but 2 stayed .. had some breakfast and socialized… I know a few took home some beverages  … high 30’s to low 40’s for the ride home … we lost a few today for perfect attendance … we are down to 11
