Allegheny River/Forest LOH overnight trip – August 5-7

7 LOH (HOG) members and 3 guests [6 bikes/2 cars] enjoyed a scenic 278 mile ride through Allegheny Forest to Tidioute, PA on Friday with a bag lunch stop at Patterson State park. Our cabin was along the Allegheny River. Saturday as we took a 4 hour/8 mile canoe/kayak river tour some spotted bald eagles. Sunday’s cool foggy morning return trip  went through the Cook forest state park and we arrived home to 92° sunshine! It was my pleasure to plan and lead this 3 day overnight trip.
